Good place to chill. Overlloking Macajalar Bay if i am not mistaken. I think the prices are a bit too much but for a first timer, I think they are okay. Their Bibimbap uses belly i think. not sure. Found it weird. No veggies too. Maybe it is their style. The rest were okay.

Came here as a last resort but was one of the best decisions we made. Before we came here, we visited 2 other cafes but had unreasonable price rates for a prenuptial shoot. When we contacted August Cafe, the process was smooth, and for PHP 3,000, we were able to have our pre-nuptial shoot (1.5k consumable) and a free room for us. In just a few minutes, this was arranged and ready. The venue was perfect, and we were able to shoot as if we were in different locations because of the variety of views the cafe has. I was impressed with the warm hospitality of your staff and the inviting atmosphere of the place, I was a bit disappointed with the food. The crispy pork belly was unfortunately soaked in oil, and the chicken was not properly cooked. A nice break from the city and loved dining here with the view. It is still quite a drive—heads up on the roads that are narrow on the way here. It is tricky to find the café but Waze will get you there. We appreciated the servers and barista who were very accommodating and had pleasing personalities. August Café is a great option for those looking for a delicious snack with stunning views of the city. However, be prepared to pay a bit more for the privilege. The blueberry pancakes were dense and a bit dry. The pasta was just okay, and the sauce was a bit bland for my taste. But the atmosphere was cosy and relaxing.
