The food and beverages at this establishment are delightful. My favorite is the iced Jcoccino Tre, paired perfectly with the complementary glazed donut - a perfect combination. The ambiance is remarkable. The soothing aroma of freshly brewed coffee is calming and inviting. The service is surprisingly prompt and satisfactory.

the service is so slow after you picked your order. I would suggest that they should have a separate counter for ordering coffee and not in the same counter in which you're going to checkout your donuts. The waiting time is just an hassle

Service is slow. They said waiting time is 10 minutes but it actually took 30 minutes and the service attendant doesn't look ashamed about it when I follow-up, she gives me diva attitude. Food and atmosphere is good but service sucks. I hope they can improve on this part.

I‘d love to write something about their drinks and food, but since the asked nearly every customer, who fell in line behind me, to skip the line, I was not able to buy anything. Thanks a bunch!

very slow 🥲 waited 30 minutes for two cup of coffee with 2 staff on the coffee machine 😂😂 & barely customer here not sure what they’re doing very very frustrating
