Both dormitory and private rooms. The staff were very friendly and helped us out with whatever we needed at the hostel and in El Nido generally. Very calm place, worth the money.

We stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. Perfect budget hotel. No bells and whistles. Ww booked the private room with private bathroom. The space was clean, bed was comfortable, and the AC worked well keeping us cool. They provide toilet paper,, bed linens and towels but additional toiletries are not offered so make sure you bring what you need. There is no hot water for showers but that was OK for us and is common in the Philippines esp at budget hotels. Probably the worst dorms I have ever slept in. Felt very dirty, has no hot water. The staff is very friendly though and there are a lot of backpackers so if you are traveling solo it can be a great place to meet new people. Good prices which includes breakfast!

Bedbugs!!!!! AVOID this 'hotel' at all costs! I arrived to the hotel at 12pm, which was the stated check-in time on the booking website - this was apparently wrong and I was informed check-in was at 2pm. The staff's response to this mix-up was disappointingly rude, and their demeanor remained consistently unpleasant throughout my short stay. As for the room itself, it was a nightmare. The space reeked and was swarmed with flies. To make matters worse, within just 10 minutes of sitting on the bed, I noticed three bites on my legs—smaller than mosquito bites, characteristic of bed bug infesta…
