This restaurant has one of the best rooftop views in Cebu City. The chopsuey and sinuglaw were delicious. However, the service was almost non-existent. They brought the food over and that was it. I had to get up to go to the counter to order and back again to get the bill. For the price paid, they need to do better. And there weren't many people there on a Wednesday night. The San Miguel Pilsen beer though was fresh and cold.

A very cozy place to chill and relax while listening to acoustic music, they also have billiards and videoke, you can dine via alfresco or indoors. Thumbs up to their staffs, they are friendly and accomodating. i highly recommend this place.

celebrated my birthday here and did not expect that the prices were cheap considering the place is at the center of cebu city. i paid only around 5k with 20 persons plus alcohol drinks! they do have live bands every friday so it was more fun there. the 360 view of the ports to the iconic cclex also adds up the perfect ambiance to relax on the chaotic city. surely this will be our new hideout for chilling. parking areas were wide too.
