The place is small yet clean. No available parking area though. The tea sold is really top mark and tastes really great. The tapioca is chewy as well. The plastic cups are thick and the cover it very unique and very useful compared to other milk tea shops. One of my top 3 favourites.

Well, one of my top 3 favorite milk tea shops. The tea they use is an original tea used in Thailand, similar to the milk tea shop I used to buy when I was working in Myanmar, Cha Thai. They use thick cups with real cover not the ones used in other shops. The price is affordable, not too cheap nor too expensive. Love their tapioca as it's chewy and tasty. They have other sinkers as well. Ice and sugar can be adjusted when requested. No available parking space.

Offers a good selection of Thai Milk Teas. And you get a discount when you use your own tumbler, bottle or cup. A good environmentally-conscious establishment.
