Always a pleasure to order from this branch. First ordered thru food panda then found out if you order directly, its cheaper and they serve very quickly. I order from them at least once a week. Fruit teas & the one with twinning teas are so good and my go to order. My partner loves the oreo milkteas with pudding. Never been dissatisfied with this store .

Lots of options and relatively affordable prices! Their Thai milk tea is so good and the pearls are chewy. Didn’t really taste the saltiness of the cream though. I also wish they had an option for 50% sugar.
