I ordered bento cake online in K&K Cakeshop their partner store for Oct 28 (my boyfriend's birthday) on Oct 23 and I send full payment right away. The person I was talking to on their page is unresponsive, and not following my instructions in the dedication letter on the cake I wanted. They shouldn't ignored the capitalization and punctuation marks of their customers wrote in their reservation form plus they don't have order confirmation form after. The appearance of the cake was nice, but the taste and the cake itselft was disappointing. More like, I ordered icing not cake. 🤣 I DON'T RECOM…
