They don’t follow their business hours. And they expect the customers to understand them of being late. Not everyone is capable of waiting for them to open. IMO.

Their stir-fried(?)goat tripe dishes and the seaweed salad are great for the lunch. The atmosphere is open air with roof, several dogs and cats around there. There are other stands selling hotpot, fried chickens, and juice bar. Nice spot to chill, if you are familiar with SE Asian style.
