One of the best inasal brands because they not only do they serve quality chicken inasal, they also have quite a wide menu with lots of Bacolod traditional fare. My favorite is the Bangus Belly Sinigang sa Batwan. My hubby tried the Chicken Adobo and it did not disappoint. It was a big serving (good for two) and came with two boiled eggs, YUM! Their desserts are very interesting and there are many choices but the one that we enjoyed was the Suman and Turon Chocolate Fondue.
