Courteous staff, free airport shuttle, good hotel amenities and clean rooms. Would definitely bring my family here for future stays. Only downside was that the WiFi didn't work for us, can barely get the signal and local transportation doesn't know about this place (but a quick fix to this problem is mentioning their super awesome restaurant, seems like it's popular with the locals because of great food so we figured to tell them we want to go to the restaurant and the driver would know where to go)

Nice place, clean rooms. Restaurant on site Hian Chicken, can cater for groups. Ok food. Plenty car parking available.

Nice and cosy. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was tasty and healthy. Good price. Shops just across the road, bar next door, restaurant within.

It was good enough for what we were there for; restaurant were so convenient and staff were so friendly, except our room sink and ceiling fan was dirty and clogged up, No towel bar in the bathroom (no small fridge nor percolator)room #2 ; took the city tour and underground river which was an amazing trip.
