I grew up eating Baliwag lechon manok, and there was a time that it’s the best lechon manok I’ve had. I believed it’s better than Andoks. But then Chooks to go entered the arena with their juicy roasted chicken. Don’t get me wrong, Baliwag’s lechon manok, still, tastes really good, but it’s not juicy as it was before. The complementary sauce tastes good, nonetheless.

Delicious grilled chicken in amazingly resealable pack. You can order half of the chicken but not for the liempo. Good chicaron (the spicy ones are not so spicy anymore). Great atsara (a way larger size can be a lot better for atsara lovers, this is probiotic food).
