Uptown Banapple provides such a wonderful cheery dining experience. I really enjoy the whimsical atmosphere with catchy instrumental music playing. I go crazy for their cheesecakes! Oh so yummy! The dishes that we ordered were heartily delicious. My tastebuds literally melted with joy. The staff were very courteous! Everyone working there deserves a raise! Me and my spectacled companion were very satisfied.

Went here to eat empanada, the food is good for the price. They served it really hot. The service is nice, the staff served us water right away after we sat. The place is a bit hot, since there are only few customers, and some are just sitting there without orders, they only turn on one air-condition unit

Ordered buttermilk pancakes and lasagna roll ups. Pancakes had an odd texture, quite different from what we've tried from another branch. Coffee was bad. Lasagna roll ups tasted like the usual and still good, but serving size has gotten smaller. Considering the serving size and quality of food, the price is quite expensive. I would still dine at Banapple (only for their lasagna roll ups), but I would not go back to this branch.

Rude cashier | food served cold | resto without ketchup. Does not honor senior / pwd even if they are physically present as it was already used for dine in. Is it in the law? Overpriced - quality is not good. Not recommended

I ordered takeout and specifically asked for a decent slice of apple crumble pie which is my favorite. Guess what, when I got home, I got the smallest slice of cake I've ever seen in my life, if you can even consider that a slice. Like is this intentional? Did the cashier's salary increase when she chose the smallest slice on that cake for me. I will never buy/order on Banapple uptown branch ever again!
