Update: they added tables, enough sitting area now. Take away order: ordered their big 8 inch bahn mi. What I got was a small 4 inch bahn mi... For the price of a big one. Please pay attention on Grab food orders! Viet coconut coffee wasn't too bad (reminded me more of Hanoi yoghurt coffee) and classic pate Bahn Mi was decent. Baguette isn't authentic but it is expected as *you're not in Vietnam anymore, kid*.

It is a hidden Vietnamese coffee shop where you can eat in peace. They serve strong cold Vietnamese coffee and delicious sandwiches. They are a little hard to find.
Ordered lemongrass banh mi. No lemongrass, no cilantro. Chicken tasted like old meat. Very disappointing
