We ordered i think the best of the House. Shrimp Fried Rice and the Crispy Porkchop are the best! Although I have tasted better Papaya Salad, it still is a good side dish. We ordered Fresh Spring Rolls as well and it is really aromatic. The cashless only option (probably during the day we ate only) might affect flexibility, but the overall experience is still on point 😊

The place is very unique; it has an antique-like theme and is dimly lit. Soup came out first at around 20 mins. It's sour and savory, but even the spicy option is not that spicy. Great consistency but not that much content for its price. It took a bit of time, another 20 mins. plus a follow up before our main dishes came. Spring roll is good, crispy, and savory. The sauce for it is interesting, garlicky, and a bit sour. The pad thai is salty, and the noodles are a bit gelatinous, harder to cut with the teeth. Good experience and we enjoyed the thai cuisine at Basil in OBH BGC branch. We loved the Tom Yum Kung, Pad Thai, Crab Fried Rice, Emerald Chicken and the Crispy Porkchops among others. The dessert Sticky Rice with Mango, was pleasing to the eyes but did not deliver my expectations though, and i suggest some improvements on quality. We dined on a late lunch and it was not rush hour so we have a choice of table. Staff were nice and attentive. Payment was a breeze with credit card and cash is also an option.
