New branch inside gaisano grand citygate, Buhangin. The place is clean and well-maintained. A water dispenser is provided for customers. For the food, we tried inasal and sisig. The chicken bbq was dry and lacked flavor. Sisig was quite salty. The rice was overcooked. Nevertheless, we will surely go back since it’s location is very accessible.

We waited over an hour for our food. Bbq was not hot. Bagnet was too fatty. Service was super slow. They served unlimited rice with the order, but they made me wait for 15min for my refill of rice, I had to go to the service window and insist on my rice to be served. The cashier was also the server, she was really nice and accomodating. But the rest were really lousy. Manager is just on his phone, doesn’t care about all the people waiting for their order. 1 customer even asked for a refund since they were waiting for too long.

Been eyeing this restaurant for a while and when we finally tried it, it wasn't what we expected. The Service is SO slow. For a restaurant, they haven't even given us the basic needs of a customer, which are utensils and our drinks. The problem is that the water is self-service, which I can understand, but they bring out your whole order in one go. Great idea, bad execution. Food was good, service was the only problem.
