I ordered the dark pour-over coffee, which I believe is Guatemalan. They have Stevia if you prefer an alternate to sugar. It has a pleasant taste and aroma.

Easily my favorite cafe in Ortigas. Great coffee (especially the single origin coffee) and food (anko butter sandwich mmmm), married with classy ambience and a friendly crew that knows their craft (especially their owner-proprietor, Sekiguchi-sensei).

I was so happy to discover this roastery and cafe, just a few buildings away from where I work. I’ve been here several times, to try their different coffees. Their coffee drinks are very reasonably priced, and it’s a joy to be able to order a pour over and be able to choose from a variety of beans. They also have ground samples of the different beans so you can get an idea of how your cup is going to turn out. The friendliness of their staff and their coffee expert is 11/10.
