A great spot to eat, sit, or spend some time on a laptop. Good wifi and nice work tables, plenty of outlets too. I like that they have time limits per customer (2 hours) per purchase. This keeps the tables open for customers (unlike the chaos in Starbucks with teenagers sleeping in the chairs and never anywhere to sit). Friendly service too makes this place ideal. I will be a repeat customer.

First visit: I bought their large size, coffee crumble flavor, espresso signature blend, and it was amazing. Would love to visit there again soon with friends, for it has a friendly atmosphere. 2nd visit: Tried its Beanleaf coffee tea and I loved it.

Came in at 4AM as they are the only ones allowing dine in. Ordered chicken fillet meal, hot choco, cafe latte. Prices are reasonable. Place is clean and has good lighting. Music is appropriate for the mood. Kudos as well to the night staff, especially to “KIM”. She is doing her job very well and goes the extra mile for her customers! It was our first time here and we were not disappointed. Across McDo Beside 7/11.

I recently visited here and, to be honest, I was very disappointed with the experience. While the ambiance of the place was good, I was quite dissatisfied with the service. The staff were exceedingly noisy, making unnecessary sounds such as banging objects in the kitchen, despite being asked to stop by their coworkers. They continued laughing and chatting loudly, and one staff member even sat on a customer's chair while casually talking to a food delivery person. A pretty neat place to eat and relax after a stressful night at work. The food is great and there are many milk tea options to choose from. The staffs are very kind, accommodating and agile. Been on this place with my co-workers a couple of times already.
