A pleasant coffee experience at Belfry Cafe. After visiting the Manila Cathedral, just beside the church, we went to Belfry Cafe. A very unique coffee shop in Manila. Why the place is unique? It has three large bells inside hahaha Hence, the name Belfry. And the structure looks like it is still part of the church. The café is open every day. So there are a lot of chances to go there. Food is good for it's price especially the cakes, I recommend trying the biscoff and dark choco cheesecake. Coffee is just the same from other cafe's, nothing special. On other hand, SERVICE SUCKS! Not so friendly cafe. You'll feel awkward as soon as you entered the cafe. Baristas will just stare at you blankly. No greetings, no smile, not a friendly cafe especially for introverts. We're trying to look on the menu, looks like staffs are getting impatient while taking our orders. The place is small inside but there is an alfresco which has a lot of tables and seats, but I think it is hot outside especially when it is sunny. Their drinks are good but I think they should add more Filipino drinks/food to their menu, because I noticed that most foreigners are looking for Filipino drinks/food in their cafe. I mean, iced coffee, iced tea, and pasta are common to them because those are western food/drinks. I believe that is a good opportunity for their cafe to offer the best filipino drinks & food.

The place is nice, and picture-worthy with the bells and the ambiance of the place being an olf belfry itself with actual functioning bells on top of everyone. The staff is nice and accommodating. The space inside is small, though it offers a big outdoor area with tables and chairs. The drinks are okay, though the food is a bit mediocre. Overall, its nice.

the space is small but the drinks tasted good and the price is just the same as the other cafes. overall, i can’t really say that there’s something unique on their taste but it was still a good experience.
