We had lunch here for my mother in law's birthday. The service was excellent and so was their food. It might be on the pricier side, however the portions are large and the quality was great! Aside from this the view of Taal volcano is breathtaking. This is a great spot for a family lunch or romantic dinner.

This is a great hidden place inside a wonderful hotel. One can walk in and dine without being a hotel guest. The food is amazing with unusual tastes, like bangus fish with cheese baked. The service is professional and keen to make your stay a pleasure.

Went here for lunch, the view was good. Can see the Taal Volcano. The food was ok, the binagoongan was really good. Quite disappointed when we ordered pizza along with our other orders and they only informed us that it can't be done after the other food is being served as its brown out. They should have informed us earlier, so we don't have to wait again for the additional order.

Oh how can I ever forgot our dining experience at Bellissima. Location is nice, with a great view day time or night time. But, let me tell you about the taste of their food. We celebrated Chinese New Year, last year at Bellissima. This is part of Escala hotel in Tagaytay. It was my son’s choice as recommended by his friend. 1. First, the Bulalo tasted like the original soup of the bulalo was taken out and the cook just keep on adding water in it. Pretty hot day. No water offered or served for 20 minutes. Food came in large portions. Nachos is good but not enough toppings. Salad is good. Fish and chips uses cheap fatty cream dory that is not even fresh. Really disappointed. Mojito is okay. There are blowers but they are turned off. Quite hot here. Waiter poured water all around. Keeps touching me when passing.
