Perfect spot for a quiet, intimate meal. Several curated menu options to choose from but we went with their Citibank menu which was on limited run at the time. Enjoyed our meal all in all and particularly loved their inihaw eggplant butter, chorizo croquette as well as their popping lychee cocktail which tasted like champagne. Good service from reservation til bill out too. Pay parking available at the building.
A friend suggested I try the place out. Chef Rob was great and gave a tour of their facility which double’s as a culinary school by day. The staff was great and accommodating and Brian was perfect as my server. I’m not a food expert, but I do know excellent tasting food when it’s presented beautifully and the taste matches what you see. Fine dining at a good value. A suggestion come early as I had the wait staff for an hour and a half to myself and felt like private dining. Thanks Chef and Staff!
Everything taste good naman. But we particularly love the Huevos Rotos (‘di ko na-picture-an. Sorry!), Ensalada, Salpicao (def pick this kesa sa adobo, you’ll surely love it!). Special mention sa inihaw na talong butter! (IT’S SOOOO GOOD!) My partner reserved a table a few hours before lunch lang because it was a sponty date. They responded agad and was very accommodating. They don’t usually open daw at lunch time so we’re grateful for the experience and the good food. We had a lovely lunch here. We’ll definitely come back!
It was a Spanish-Filipino fusion 8-course tasting menu. Chuquetas - 8/10 Sopa de castañas - 9/10 Tuna tostada - 8/10 Huevos rotos - egg foam thingy 6/10, potato was 8/10 Unagi & Chilean sea bass - kinda forgot but probably 7 or 8/10 Bistee al vino - 8/10 Fresa y limon - 7/10 Chocolate - 7/10 011224
Good value for money for a tasting menu. Spent 1.8k for a four course meal. They had a more expensive set at about 5k but we were happy with the one we got. Would recommend the huevos for appetizer, adobo or salmon for main, and both options were good for the dessert! Salad was ok! Place also has pay parking on the top floor so that's convenient! Service was great. My water glass was never empty. Ambience and music very good as well.
