Sorry but rating based on experience. I've known Best Friends for a long time this is my first time in 5th Avenue branch. The Samson Road branch is the one i'm used to. In terms of Food my stomach got upset, actual food looks different from photo though that's kinda expected. I've ordered Tapsilog, it's chewy and rice has hard bits to it, cold and seems old. Overpriced. Service, after I asked crew to pour out the ice from the drinking glass that they've provided he gave me a different one and a dirty looking even so I asked for a different glass again. Visited BestFriends to have maki (fluffy and tender pork slices in thickened soy-based soup with egg strands). A dish that takes me back to my childhood days in the neighborhood. Still as good as I can remember! For the price I paid (~PhP 130), there was a limited amount of pork. I wish there is an additional meat option.

Cashier and server were friendly and attentive.

Not airconditioned, but the huge ceiling fans were able to fairly compensate for the heat.

Easy to be seated as a group of 4, but we also went mid-afternoon. Likely a little busier at peak meal times.
