chaoshan beef hotpot

I think this is the best hot pot in bgc. The beef is very fresh and broth is nice. The sauce bar is also good. The price is a little high, but it is expected for the location and the quality is worth it. I highly recommend this one. The workers are also fast.

I tried it at Makati branch several times, but it’s my first time to have a dinner in BGC.
There are not many seats but we’re lucky that we have a table immediately on Friday night.
My friend and I ordered some kinds of meat and vegetables at first round.
We’re a little bit disappointed because there’s no more vegetable since we ordered the 2nd round.
We love chrysanthemum and the corn very much, they’re so fresh and sweet.
I’m a sashimi lover, no matter the fish or the beef, so I ordered 2 times for it.
However, the fresh coconut costs PHP300, I won't try it next time.

You know the Chinese Hot Pot is good when you see a lot of patrons at this restaurant are mainland Chinese. This restaurant serves excellent Chaosan Beef Hotpot. The beef is hand sliced and very fresh. You can have different cut of beef, depending on what you like. If you do not like spicy broth, you can choose other broth instead. Definitely a must go if you like Chinese hot pot.

Food - authentic beef hotpot. Ma-texture yun beef slices. However, not suited to my taste (thin sliced; tender)

Service - for the service charge, mediocre at best even if they are not full. Servers get orders by mistake a lot.
