The only vegetarian friendly restaurant in Cebu. We go here for lunch time by time, everything we ate was very tasty
After longing for Indian food we finally found this place . We ordered thru Grab first and then went to the place directly and had good time . It's unbelievable that the chef made yummy Hyderabadi style briyani , chilli eggs, dosa and the delicious Poori masala . Tried Naan which was okayish. Must try the boness chicken 65 briyani. The pieces were so tender and juicy that made our food experience even better . Sambar was little tangy but so yummy . Couldn't believe that all the dishes were made by a Filipina chef . Our love to you guys . Made our stay at Cebu even better with such yummy food .
BLUF: Reasonably authentic Indian. Extensive menu. Staff courteous and attentive. Prices 50% above average. PRO: Reasonable interior atmosphere, Prompt service. Tasty (not overtly salty or sweet). CON: Expensive for an unassuming atmosphere (average entree is 500P), very uninviting exterior (like an abandoned warehouse). My dish was frozen pea-carrot-corn mix. DISHES: Vegetable Kolhapuri MENU DESCRIPTION: Cauliflower, potatoes, and other vegetables stewed in Maharashtrian gravy and onions. ACTUALLY: frozen pea-carrot-corn blend with occasional Cauliflower & potatoes. NOTE: This place is …
I have experience with Indian cuisine. Not sure how this restaurant is still in business. Possibly because it seems to be the only Indian restaurant in the entire IT park. It's twice as expensive as a standard Indian, the food is half as good, and the interior is fairly low quality. In other words, there is pretty much no redeeming quality about this place, aside from the service. Price, quality, and ambience are poor. No Wifi. No cards accepted. The vegetarian mains are PHP 500 and the meat mains are PHP 650. Plain basmati rice is PHP 190. You're talking nearly $20 for a below-average me…
The aircon was switched off when we arrived for dinner. They switched it on. Aloo gobi is no where close to the actual Indian food. This is a dry dish but we were served local Filipino version, it had gravy and tasted awful. Tadka daal had oil floating. The paratha were like thick awful pizza. The aloo and gobi filling was for namesake. The food was not at all what we have to Indian taste. Go at your own risk. Not recommended. Very costly as well.
