The SM Muntinlupa branch of this chain of bibingka outlets. As expected from their name, they really do serve mainly bibingka. But they also serve Batangas coffee and hot choco, which go excellently with bibingka. At 45 pesos (around 90 US cents as I write this) their coffee and hot choco are the cheapest that you can get in this mall. Although it’s practically in the middle of the mall, they manage to keep their ambience on the cozy side through warm decor and having a latticework roof over a raised platform, which sets them off from the surrounding area. There is not much to do in SM but I have to wait for some errands to be finished. I was looking for a place where I could wait while having a cup of coffee and came across Bibingkinitan! They have an affordable coffee and chocolate drink paired with their unique bibingka! 😃 Bibingka is a local favorite in provinces but its my first time to taste a bibingka with salted duck egg and cheddar taste! 🤤 The location is also great because it is somewhere very near the center and the entrance. At the time of visit, no crowd. Most customers are there for takeout. 👍
