big bowl noodles is truly one of the best hidden places in binondo we were starving, tired and hot from our trip to binondo and seeing that everywhere it was packed bustling with people we went to this sketchy looking restaurant not expecting it to actually be good but damn was i wrong budget friendly and good food not to mention the big portion sized wow. all of this plus takeout was about 900 pesos i couldnt even believe it will defini come here whenever i visit it tastes like home

Good Food, Humble Price. This place delivers with its hearty meals at an affordable price. It does not focus on style and its history, rather on its food. Surrounded by office supply warehouses, it is ironically hidden from tourists who often roam around the street of Ongpin. Although it is close to an iconic alley of Binondo (Chinatown), the alley attracts attention away from this restaurant. —Thus only those who seek it, finds it. It does not ask for your attention but it deserves it. It deserves your pilgrimage if you’re coming to Binondo.

I need to talk about the first time I encountered Big Bowl Noodles before giving out my review. We took a chance on this very unseeming spot because there weren’t that much people eating there (which is usually a warning for some), plus there was air conditioning. Thinking that the bowls for its price would just be small, we were shocked when the ate came with our order with this big bowl of the Beef Brisket Noodle Soup. Literal big bowl. They serve in big servings. I was surprised that a bowl of wanton noodles is even enough for 3 people. We ate here in the afternoon on saturday. A lot of people are on long lines to other restau but this place is not crowded that day. We enjoyed eating here in peace, comfortable with AC. It was a nice experience. Will definitely go back here. 👍 Beef is so tender!

Their Beef Hofan is underrated! I have been eating here since I was a little kid, a must try in Binondo for sure!
