It stated on their Instagram page that they'll open at 2 PM in Il Corso. When we arrived, staff rudely informed us that they'll open at 3 PM. Rude as in with the matching attitude on their face like they found it annoying that customers arrived very early. We did wait for the store to open at 3 PM. Forgot to take nice pictures before eating because it smells sooo good. Had to try it when it cooked! Grabeeee, most delicious tuslob buwa ive tasted in cebu. And its unlimited. 200 for 2 pesos! Their cheese sticks and chicken skin is a must try also. Will surely go back.

First time trying tuslob buwa (thanks to my friend for inviting and insisting haha) and it didn’t disappoint! I thought it would be kind of unappetizing but no! It was yummy when cooked well. Glad I had my first try at Big Brain Il Corso! It’s tuslob buwa with a view! Big Brain offers unlimited tuslob buwa and a lot more like chicharong bulaklak, calamari, isaw, etc at very affordable prices.

Tuslob Buwa is not available in Davao, so I was really excited to try it when I visited Cebu. Let me tell you, it exceeded all my expectations! I loved the whole experience of preparing Tuslob Buwa and dipping the rice into the cooked pig's brain. It was absolutely delicious. I enjoyed it so much that I'm already planning to go back to Cebu just to have this delightful dish again.
