Food was better compared to other branches I've been to so far. Although I had trouble finding a seat most seats were unoccupied but dirty. I asked a server from the counter to have someone come and please clean a table but no one did even after my food was ready. I took out my alcohol bottle and wipes and cleaned it myself before I ate.

The cashier kept talking over me and I lost my train of thought on what I wanted. Secondly, I paid for cheese on my whopper junior meal and they didn't put cheese on it, I ordered take out and was running late by the time I noticed I was to far away and had to get going where I was. Paid 35 pesos for cheese and wala.

I often visit BK in different locations and request some heavy veggies and removing some to trade off. This is the only branch where they charge for heavy veggies. It’s not like they give discounts when customers remove some contents of the burgers, so what gives, BK Araneta?
