I love the place, the staff are accommodating and very polite, you can feel the chef's passion in making pizza, unfortunately the Branch is a bit rundown and can use a makeover, no air-conditioning so it's also hot inside. But everything is worth it for the Pizza 🍕

The only area I think that the management can look at and improve perhaps would be their delivery service. So I called around 11 am and was told that their delivery is fully booked for the day and that the only option is to pick up the 36" pizza at their store, which is about 10-15 minutes away from where I live, that's not a big deal, so yes, I said that we'll pick up. But them the lady told that I can pickup the pizza after 2 1/2 hours... Buy somewhere else. - Had a pre order scheduled at 11:30, arrived at the shop at 11:45, they gave us wrong pizza. - had to wait additional 30 min to create our pizza - the staff was creating the pizza in front bare hands, without face masks, while talking to each other - unapologetic staff
