very disappointed to this big brew branch arayat cubao q.c because when it comes to their service for online orders there is usually something wrong. the 1st time the orders were wrong. the flavor written on the cup is correct but the drink tastes different. 2nd time is they give the rider wrong contact person and wrong contact number. We gave the right info but the wrong one was given to the rider. and the rider was given to the contact person and received by the contact person even though he said they did not order. He actually asked for some extra fee. It's just so inconvenient that we wai…
