The crew is kind. (i think they're diff from another review here. I really like their coffee jelly here, very firm and i also like their cream cheese. There are times na pangit quality ng coffee jelly sa ibang branch. I had no problems with the staff, very quick and got the work done.

I tried to order 4 orders in your store and your staff Sarah Jane Velasco and Pauleen Angela Faustino and one man which is your staff are smoking in front of the customer using vape and when I order they told me that there is no change they cannot do something about it to change my 1k and they don't want to accept my order because there is no change according to the cashier how rediculous your staff in your branch but they have time to smoke vape in front if their customer.

The cups are always turned upside down on the counter before putting the receipt and then they just drop it on the other side, they said there was no pearl several times then when I placed the order there was still there, I also placed an order without ice, my favorite is Big brew after the litex branch, the service is like that, there is no proper discipline, even if it's a mask or hairnet, I wish the store staff had been trained first before being hired, there are a few orders that are just like that service, there is cctv, what is your cctv display.
