Honest Review ✍️ The fun with Bikol Ni's Lugawan here in San Andres Manila. The porridge tastes great and for 30 pesos you are full and happy. Aside from the overloaded Porridge which was delicious, I also liked the lumpia. Super big, and crispy. Tokwat pork is also a delicious snack. The three I ordered are perfect combi. The vibes of their store are nice. It's like a hidden Lugawan in Andres and it's relaxing. Good hangout for people from Manila. Porridge cravings satisfied. The staff and owner are kind.
