The ambiance is great - instagramable! LAX Coffee must recommend. The pancake we order - portion is good for its price. Kaye takes our order accordingly, fast service time. Allen cook the food very well, t'was nice. 💯

4.5/5 Good food with generous servings! But unfortunately, the bacon took so long to be ready. Spanish latte was also good but I think it could be improved a bit. Self-service basis. I liked the vibes of the place (both the resto and the hostel). The rooftop was nice and presko, but we opted to dine downstairs since it was pretty hard to bring our orders up and down several flights of stairs. You can also play some games while waiting. Billie and Teddy were the stars of our dining experience here 🐶 Super cute doggos! So glad we dined at the same time:)

Definitely one of the good finds in San Juan La Union! A cafè named after Billie the Golden Retriever! We ordered the OG Bagnet, Tapa and Kimchi Fried rice. All were equally good and tasty. Presentation was really nice too! I also recommend their signature LAX latte. The owners were really nice and accommodating. We even had a nice Photo session with Billie and Teddy! Oh! You gotta checkout ShoreBreak Hostel, a real nice place to stay here in Elyu!

The staff, especially miss Romela, and owners at Billie’s Coffee + Kitchen are super kind! Even to our dogs who were not friendly, they were very understanding. The food and the drinks were awesome at an affordable price so we came back several times through out our stay. Overall, we really enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere. We love this place. 🥹🏳️‍🌈

BEST SPECIALTY COFFEES AND FOOD WE’VE TRIED IN LU!! We’ve tried their LAX Latte, Honey Oat Latte, Spam Kimchi Fried Rice, and OG Bagnet, and everything is absolutely delicious! The portions are generous, so you really get what you pay for and more. The food is super tasty, and they don’t skimp on the ingredients. Their coffees are among the best in LU. Skip the overhyped coffee spots and head to Billie’s instead—you will truly notice the difference in quality and taste.
