Ordered bangus. Served to me after 30 mins because the lady cashier failed to endorse and make a follow-up with the kitchen crew. Asked the cashier why it was late and she said, "hindi pa daw mainit ang mantika". The lady cashier did not say sorry or apologize. In addition, the employees were talking (very loudly) about their personal lives not to mention they were at work and we (their customers) were there. The service standards of this restaurant are obviously poor. p.s. The lady cashier did not issue an OR.
