Absolutely delicious and inexpensive just like how Mama cooks it! 99 bucks for Sinigang and rice plus a choice of free extra rice or a 12 oz iced tea. Sadly, because of the price hike of the labuyo, they can only offer chili flakes.

I was craving something quick, filling with some soup on the side as I was still feeling a bit under the weather. It is with an opportune moment of passing by Binalot and saw their ad of a "Healthy Option" compared to their usual fare of oily, salty, fried silogs and what-nots. And it is called "Binakol" for P199. It is like tinola - pieces if chicken sauted and simmered in a gingery broth with green papaya.
