I needed to find out for myself what all the fuss was about Binondo's Best's Xiao Long Bao and their Yang Chow fried rice, so I ordered takeaway. Everything fell short of my expectations. From their online service (2/10) to the taste of their Yang Chow. That was not Yang Chow! The fried rice colour was brown, overly salty, and drowned in soy sauce. It’s a far cry from the quality of Tin Gow or Grand Majestic. (1/10) The XLB was okay (3/10), acceptable for 25 pesos per piece—so, fair enough.
