Bizu Patisserie & Cafe - Alabang Town Center

The best Filipino breakfast I’ve ever had. Tender tocino, beef tapa, longanisa from Ilocos and smoked bangus belly. Egg and garlic rice. Tomatoes with fetta and pesto. And delicious cappuccino with cinnamon. YUM. This is the new benchmark. So delicious I ate everything on the plate.
Even the complimentary bread was delicious.
Service was perfect.

I had been craving salmon eggs benedict for weeks now, and most of the restaurants near me would always not have stock. Fortunately, I remembered that Bizu has salmon eggs benedict on their menu.

Chef's kiss. Did not disappoint. All of the stuff we ordered from the menu (including hubby's Angus beef that was slow-cooked for 10 hours, Caesar salad) were amazing. Then again Bizu is one of my favorite restaurants (I used to visit the Greenbelt branch more often), so that's to be expected. They also serve complimentary bread basket.

The staff was very welcoming, the atmosphere was very warm, and the service was immaculate. Upon tasting the food, I realized why it is priced as such, as the quality of the food is proportional to the price.

Have gone back frequently since and I'll aim to try every single dish in the menu. The continental breakfast and the Naomi cake are some of the best dishes that I've tried.

Definitely a place worth going back to.

We were supposed to go someplace else but the line was too long and ended up here. We had french onion soup as well as some tiny cakes and coffee. They served complimentary bread which complemented the soup and complemented my belly. Very delicious on all fronts. Now if I can have insulin...
