When we were living in Cambodia and Thailand, Black Canyon was a staple for us and we were thrilled to find it in UP Town Mall. We enjoyed everything except the chicken pad see ew noodles which strangely was served with croutons. Was the chef confused and thought it was a salad?

The Thai Milk Tea here was super-duper good! I finished it almost immediately once it arrived at our table 😂 The waiting time, however, was a bit of a stretch despite having little to no customers at the time. The Pad Thai was pretty good as well.

Black Canyon used to be my Pad Thai haven, but lately, it's taken a nosedive. The Pad Thai seems like a casualty of cost-cutting – the sauce is barely there, and the overall dish is disappointingly dry. While I appreciate the added texture from the nuts, it's just not the same. On top of that, the A/C seems to be not working, and they're relying solely on fans. Not sure if it's just this location or a widespread issue, but the dining experience has definitely lost its charm.

Their americano was ok. The aircon was not cold.
