An aesthetically pleasing cafe with wide selections of sweet beverages, coffee, and desserts. I ordered the mascarpone ice cream swirl grande with one topping and one crunch. I chose caramel sauce for topping and graham for crunch. Prep took 15 minutes because they had to start the ice cream machine. The dessert was OK, nothing special. The place also offers savory snacks and meals. Pay as you order at the counter.

It’s a really cute place. The coffee was ok. My family thought it was great. In establishments like this, bathrooms are really important. There are no trash bins in bathroom stalls. Since you can’t flush tissues down the toilet, you have to carry them to outside the stall! Ugh.

Not the best experience. They could’ve turned on at least one air conditioning to cool the place, but they did not. Had to spend our time dripping in sweat. The soft-served ice cream is decent, but the bubble pancake does not meet the standard. Just really came here for desert.

Black Scoop’s ice cream is delicious! The flavors are rich and satisfying, making it a great spot for a sweet treat. However, the environment could use some improvement. The air conditioning isn’t quite strong enough for the space, which can make it a bit uncomfortable on hot days. With a cooler atmosphere, this place would be even better!

250 pesos for canned tuna in oil, chizboy parmesan and spaghetti noodles, another highway robbery smh. They also don't serve service water and charge 25 pesos for a 350ml bottle lol. I seriously don't get why this establishment is still open.
