Hidden at the second floor of Shoppesville, Black scoop cafe actually has lots of customers because of its wide space. However atmosphere was marred by children screaming and running around inside. There were only 2 people on staff struggling to manage everything and which made things really slow (including asking for a take out bag). Food was pretty good, but everything else could be improved.

Their coffee was ok and the service was good. Also very few people inside so a good place to go if you want peace and quiet. You can only pay with cash or GCash.

Airconditioning unit not adequate. Very very hot. With available long tables for meeting. Solo comfy chairs for solo customers. Electric outlet available. Good location. Didnt like the snacks n classic spanish latte.

Ordered a Large, Cream Cheese Matcha. Ordering was an interesting experience, the baristas they have are very dismissive, they just shouted my name and threw the tissue paper on the claim area. Annoying service.

Came here for work. Wouldn't recommend. No wifi, noisy environment, weak aircon. They don't have a CR too and I didn't feel safe leaving my things unattended. This meant I had to pack my things up in my bag everytime I had to go to the CR (third floor of Shoppesville). Ordered the bubble pancake and was disappointed too. Didn't have the crunchy edges and chewy balls I'm after.
