This is the first black scoop branch I visited and I liked the food and drink choices. The drinks are not overly sweet, the food is actually good and the placement really convenient for indie film cinema goers nearby.

Celebrated Mina's birthday here with a cupsleeve event! Enjoyed being with fellow Onces and just overall vibing with everyone haha. Ordered Black Mascarpone Cup Supreme and added another Crunch topping. I chose Toblerone, Kitkat, and M&M's as the Crunch topping. I didn't expect for the Toblerone bits to be powdered since I expected the little triangle ones but nonetheless it's still good. Caramel sauce was too sweet and isn't thick enough but it's alright. HAPPY BIRTHDAY MINA MY LOVE! 💚

I got there and the cashier staff wasn't ready to serve customers. She was chewing in between her words. I realize that different staff have different roles to play -- cashier, barista, cook -- but surely it would be better for customers if someone ready to talk served the customers instead. Let the staff having her lunch have a proper lunch break. I ordered a medium coffee and the distracted unprepared-to-work staff charged me for a large coffee. Also rather disappointing that they serve dine-in beverages in paper cups, this being in Quezon City. And the air-conditioning wasn't turned on / n…

Bad food, specifically chicken sandwich. Too hard it might actually break your jaws lol. Hersheys chocolate drink was okay but nothing too special.
