I'm giving this one star since there was a moment when the staff had already scanned the things but I hadn't paid for them. I requested if they could remove two items from the computer because I had chosen not to take those two items. They replied they couldn't delete it since only the manager had access to it. So, how are they going to rectify the problem if the employees accidentally scanned the same item twice? Since the manager was not there at the time, I find it disappointing that you as a staff member do not have full access. Just removing an item from a system. I had no choice but …
