It's cozy, but breezy cold. Its only a small room good for about 20-30 people. Great place for a quick chat and get-togethers. Food is great tasting and there's a lot of choices for cocktails and other drinks. (Attended an exclusive birthday event) Services are also top notch since i guess this joint is still part of the hotel staffing. They are well-groomed as well. The whole place is well maintained and now with a connecting passage towards the hotel lobby and restaurant.

This used to be a lively place to hang out with a great atmosphere, the best bands in the city, and great service. Now, its not even blue and there are no bands. Its name is misleading now. Its a dark bar with music, not much people, and overpriced drinks.

I like to go out and have a nice quiet drink in a bar with background singing and music. That is something you can't do in this bar. The singer there wants to play music at volumes that are louder than in a disco. Drop the volume and people can talk to each other.
