Though I miss their branch in Greenbelt, I'm so happy they didn't fully close all branches during the pandemic. The NAIA branch is excellent for pre-flights tambay. Food is the same -- scrumptuous as ever. Their iced tea, though. Praying that they return this.

Ordered a small cup of hot latte (160php) while waiting for my evening flight. The order and claim transaction took only less than 5minutes. If you are hungry, i see their menu is full of options and the shelf lighted to show it full of pastries and canned drinks fo choose from. I will update this post when I can. So far, its a four ⭐️

This is already past immigration and security, and just beside the boarding gates at NAIA Terminal 3. Got myself a large Iced Dirty Chai right before my flight to Singapore. It was a bit sweet with very light hints of the spices, but I was still able to enjoy it because of the good amount of coffee that I felt blended well with the rest of the drink. Don't be fooled, this place looks great but was a total let down from drinks and food to service. After ordering 2 dishes and a coffee I had requested ice from one of the servers. I was told at 1130am the shipment did not arrive and there was no ice. I sat in the way corner opposite to the register, while sitting there the same employee I asked for ice earlier asked if she could sneak by me to grab something out of the fridge. Cashier has no common courtesy to customers. She was rude to the lady ordering in front of me. The lady was only asking if the food is vegetarian and the ingredients used. She dismisses her questions by not answering them properly or does not respond at all. For my order, she said it will take only 15-18mins but I got my order 30mins after! It was almost my boarding time. I think they do not care if you will be late for your flight. If I hadn’t followed up my order TWICE, I think they forgot my order already. Such a shame because the food is actually nice.
