I ended up enjoying pansit canton because it's so tasty. And the pork sisig is crunchy and tasteful. the place is okay with me, a/c and staffs are friendly. love their inasal on comboks and will definitely dine in again .

food is good. but the service makes you think if it's clean. the chicken is cooked in an outdoor grill and travels coverless through the dining area to the kitchen where it is prepared on a plate. you can see the kitchen from the dining area and you can easily tell it's not up to sanitation standards. it's self service but their ordering and payment system needs improvement. their service crew is obviously overwhelmed. they had to pull a vendor outside to augment their service crew. no training, no orientation, no standards. our drinks were served literally by the rims of their glasses. all …

It's beside a car accessories shop and right across SDS Medical Center. My husband and I intentionally made a trip to try their hyped chicken inasal, which a famous Tiktoker claimed to be the closest to Bacolod inasal. Unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations. It's not close to the taste of the authentic Bacolod inasal. I should know because I am from Bacolod. Don’t know how to rate the food because I ended up cancelling my order after waiting for almost an hour to get my order. They should know how to set customers expectations that an order would take an hour to get served even if there were just 3-4 tables being serviced at the time. Super disappointed. First come first serve basis is acceptable but know when you have to set your customers expectation when their food will take super long to prepare.
