Although it's not in a prominent location, it's a comfortable cafe with cheap prices, a wide variety of menu items, and free Wi-Fi. You can also choose the size of the drinks. There are so many types of waffles that I always have trouble deciding which one to order. There are many varieties from sweet to salty. Set menus are also available at the ordering counter, making them even more affordable. It is also convenient for getting around as it is close to the Olivarez jeepney stop. This is a cafe where you can stop by while shopping or going out and try out a variety of menu items.

Nice cozy milk tea house with full sanitation protocols in place in time of COVID-19. Few slots of parking available in the building but shared with all tenants which includes a gym, and a fast food serving "silog" meals. Pre-COVID, it was really hard to get a table at this shop since it's popular among students but I was the only customer when I dropped by to order drinks to go, just to satisfy a milk tea craving.
