this mcdonalda branch is convinienly locates near thefront entrance of the mallso if you are commutinf home its easybto grab something ffom the take out counter before heading out. the branch is rather small though. it also ran out of the hot fudge blend whne it tries to purchase

I never had a problem with McDonald's Ayala Mall Cloverleaf ever since. The food is great, the crew are very nice, the place is clean, cozy and well sanitized, it's not crowded like some of the fast food chains nearby, and most of all, you'll get your order in less than five minutes the most. It might take longer sometimes of course but that is normal. What is important is you get what you paid for and you enjoy your meal and didn't wait so long to have your food served.

I ordered Mix and Match and showed my SC discount. Guess what... The cashier (Dec 1, 1240 hrs) said that my order is NOT subject to SC discount. Is this already a usual practice? All other branches of McDonald's give SC discounts for Mix and Match orders. Hmmm... Perhaps management doesn't care since no one would bother to tell them. Will QC SC lift a finger? Let's see.

Went to this branch since it mall said it opens at 9am. Went inside 9:12am asked for anyone to get our order still no one inside the kitchen went to see if everything is okay. By 9:30 am we decided to get the hell out since they can see but decided not to ask our order. All this is happening while their manager and crew is setting up the birthday area.

Filthiest MCDO Branch I've ever visited! All of the tables are dirty! Even in the party area!! Literally no table to seat that was clean!!! Ordered 2 dpuble cheese burger. Iw as served with greasy buns!!!! Its so bitter because of the dirty oil.from the griller and the packaging itself is so wet coz of oil. But they served it anyways! Talked to the manager on Duty, he's the only guy from the crew, he replaced it and gave me a cheeseburger with still dirty griller residue and literally with patty and cheese only..nothing else!
