BonChon chicken is good.. there is a burst of flavor on the first bite. Sadly, it's only on the skin part 🙁 it was surprisingly big and i thought the meal was worth the price, but the thigh part tastes.. 1/5 🤢 the meat tasted like oil that's been used for who knows how long 😢 Bingsu saved the meal. It was good and easoly melted in my mouth. I'd like to try the two flavors some other time.

Love the chicken poppers with barbecue sauce. Bibimbowl is tasty and affordable. Like the burgers too. Good for those who like sour and sweet korean flavor. I wish if they've added their own gravy too, with the fried chicken and rice. Bonchon is one of my favourite fast food chains because of the fish and chicken. However, I was utterly disappointed with the food quality this time in SM Center. The fish is undercooked and not golden brown, and the mandu dumplings are soaked with too much oil. The only good thing are the chickens, which are well-cooked and golden brown. Last time, around three weeks ago, the cashier told me that the group meal I've ordered will be done in around 30 minutes. It arrived in more than an hour leaving my family annoyed. The only thing I'll probably come back more for is the Iced Tea from this …

the place was fairly clean…. but my sizzling bowl took so long. My partner was almost done with burger, fries and mandu when my bowl was served. Then the carrots and beef in my soup were still a bit raw… and, the staff. the girl at the cashier wasn’t happy that I followed up. kind of snapped at me when i did. the one guy (in the video) picked his nose in the dining area and didn’t even wash his hand. oh well…

Twice I ordered here for takeout, and both times, the WAIT TIME is unacceptable! Just today, I was told my order will take 10 mins. After 25 mins, the staff realized that my order was not processed at all! They refunded my order and still gave my food. They said as complimentary because of the mistake that happened. The supervisor was trying to make an excuse that they had a lot of orders. We were only 2 when I ordered. 🙄🙄🙄
