I love the crisp in their chicken and their chapchae. Even my son loves eating here! This is like a hangout to us and their crew are very polite and friendly. They also provide assistance when needed. Ko-dog and fries are just right. The place is great for casual meets and friendly gatherings.

Food is not even warm. Crepe was soggy. But, service was fast and seats we're ok. I'd not recommend this branch if it's your first bonchon.

Chicken is very dry. Chicken and Bulgogi soup are too salty (too much msg, soy sause or salt). Venue is dark especially at the order counter.

The food I ordered were good. The service could be improved. I just think they need more cleaning staff. Just before I finished my meal, I was about to get tissues from my bag when all of a sudden, a small roach came approaching my bag. Nawalan ako ng gana and umalis agad. Buti nalang, I've finished eating before that happened. I hope as a fast-food chain, what I see on the outside isn't the same in their kitchen and on our food.

I’ve lost count on the number of times I’ve been to this branch wanting to eat bingsu but came out disappointed. One time we came in before lunch and we were told bingsu is served only after lunch. The next time we made sure to come in after lunch, it was around 3pm, but we were told there’s no bingsu. Another time it was around 1pm, still no bingsu. Same disappointing experiences a couple more times after that. Now, why would you put a bingsu machine and bingsu posters all over your restaurant when you couldn’t even serve it?
