I was craving something sweet and decided to give the Mango Cheesecake Bingsu a try. Absolutely delicious, definitely hit the spot, will come back again to try the other flavors.

The place was filthy. Floor and tables are not taken accounted for. They even serve food with this kind of trays. Disgusting to say the least. Service was okay though.

Earlier, my friends and I went to Festi around 1 PM. We decided to go to Bonchon and order bingsu, but those lazy workers completely ignored us. My friend asked several times if the bingsu was available and what flavors they had, but they didn’t pay us any attention. We waited for a while, and they just wouldn’t talk to us. It was so frustrating! If they can’t do their job, they should just quit. We ended up leaving without ordering anything, and it was really disappointing!

RUDE STAFFS!!! Earlier today, my friends and I visited the place around 1 PM. When we approached the cashier, there were three employees present, but none of them acknowledged us, despite us standing there for about five minutes. I politely asked a question about their bingsu, but they continued to ignore me. I asked again, trying to remain respectful, yet they still didn’t respond or offer any apologies. We were frustrated so we decided to leave.

STAFF are RUDE and LAZY compared to other branches; they even kinda throw your food on the table when they serve it. Not all items are available, no BYN, and again, compared to other branches, the flavor is not so great. Maybe they put a little sauce? No Bingsu machine is broken. Also, this branch is HOT; I can't feel the AC. there is another bonchon in LANDMARK go there instead.
