Most of the time I give five stars to BonChon stores because I love their soy chicken. Here at Promenade it's my mistake to change my usual order to beef stew, so it lost a star. I will always stick to soy chicken from now on.

Honestly, I prefer the bingsu of bonchon compared to legit places just because it’s not too expensive and the serving is just right. I don’t like their flagship chicken because the flavoring only stays on the skin while the meat inside is dry and tasteless. But! The bibimbap is BOMB. The staff here are very nice as they already know me and always have my usual order in mind. Overall, what you would expect of a Korean fast food place.

The food was prepared well and was served well. The servings were generous and the service was quick. The staff did not feel very welcoming on that day, but nothing too alarming. The food you get is worth the money you pay for. 8.5/10 overall.

We ordered the meal for 3 people with the 6 pcs chicken. Chicken was not hot, super dry.. seems old and overcooked. When i gave feedback to 2 people, they just looked at me with no comment. Poor service and food quality.... never again.
